Some of the information, such as your name and address, will appear on your transcripts. More personal information required by the college WILL NOT appear on your e-mail transcripts. Copyright and terms of service: By clicking on the "I accept" button, you guarantee that all personal information that you have provided to Texas Chiropractic College about yourself is true and accurate and that you will not give your user name or password to any other individual, and will not log in any other individual to  your account.  Further, you certify that you shall be the only person who takes course material under your user name and password.  

Copyright notice and limitations on use: All of the information content and services (collectively, "the content") within this service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. CEvantive University owns the content. The content is intended for the personal use as course material by users of the service only. Neither Texas Chiropractic College nor CEvantive University takes responsibility for the timeliness of the information presented in the seminars, on the site or in our database. The primary source of materials included in our database are included only for the reference of the subscriber. Texas Chiropractic College and CEvantive University do not warrant that any seminar or information is up to date or that any material referenced or comments made within a test module or included in our database is the only opinion or treatment available. Texas Chiropractic College and CEvantive University takes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information related to continuing education requirements in any jurisdiction. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Texas Chiropractic College and CEvantive University and its licensees, successors and assignees, their content providers,  the parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies of each of them and the officers, directors, employees, and agents of each of them from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to any breach by you of this agreement, any material which you may submit to Texas Chiropractic College and CEvantive University or any use by you or under your control of material obtained by you from Texas Chiropractic College.

Miscellaneous: Texas Chiropractic College and CEvantive University reserves the right at their discretion to change these terms of service and will notify users of any such changes by on-line postings.  Your continued use of the service after the postings of any amended terms of service shall constitute your agreement to be bound by such changes.  The service may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict the use of any portion of the service, including the availability of any portion of the content at any time, without notice or liability.  These terms of service will be governed by in construed in accordance of the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
